INGREDIENTS :-
350 g (12 oz) plain flour
225 g (8 oz) butter
rind of an orange
110 g (4 oz) icing sugar
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
METHOD :-
Rub together the plain flour, butter, and orange rind until like breadcrumbs.
Add the icing sugar and orange juice and mix well.
Form into a ball and chill until required.
