EASY PEASY SHORTCRUST PASTRY

INGREDIENTS :-

140 g (5 oz) soft margarine

2 tablespoons water

220 g (8 oz) plain flour

METHOD :-

Place the soft margarine and water in a large mixing bowl.

Add half the plain flour and cream with a fork for about 30 seconds.

Add the remaining flour and blend into a firm dough.

Knead lightly, then either chill or use as required.
