INGREDIENTS to make about 10 slices :-

1 flatbread


spinach leaves

2 tablespoons cooked grated root vegetables

salt & pepper to taste


Wash the spinach leaves (if required).

Lay the flatbread on a board, and coat the upper side with mayonnaise.

Lightly but evenly cover the flatbread with a thin layer of the cooked root vegetables.

Lay the spinach on top of the vegetables, then starting from one side roll up like a swiss roll.

Securely wrap in clingfilm and chill until required.

On the point of service, unwrap the clingfilm and thinly slice the wrap.

Serve on a plate.
