CHEESE & PICKLE HOT FLATBREADS

INGREDIENTS to serve 1 person :-

1 flatbread (soft flour tortillas, chapattis, or supermarket own brand)

1 dessertspoon flavourings - one of the following:

     mayonnaise

or sun-dried tomato purée

or Quark soft cheese

or flavoured butter

or pickle

or cream cheese

50 g (2 oz) grated cheese

METHOD :-

Spread the chosen flavouring onto the upper side of the flatbread.

Cover with grated cheese making sure that it is evenly spread.

Place in a hot, dry frying pan and cook until the cheese just begins to melt.

Serve folded in half.
