1 large wholemeal bread bap
75 g (3 oz) finely grated mature Cheddar cheese
1 large egg
¼ teaspoon English mustard
1 tablespoon milk
75 g (3 oz) cherrry tomatoes - halved
Split the large bap in half horizontally.
Spread both halves with butter.
In a bowl, mix together the cheese, egg, mustard, and milk until blended.
Spread the mixture evenly over the two buttered halves of bread.
Top with the halved tomatoes, and grill until bubbly and brown.
