FEELING FRUITY

If decadent chocolates are too rich for your partner's palate, why not add a touch of class to fresh fruit by dipping them in melted chocolate?

Grapes, cape gooseberries, strawberries, or segments of clementine work particularly well.

The fruit should be firm, undamaged, and evenly sized.

METHOD :-

Place a clean empty glass bowl over a small saucepan of gently simmering water.

Make sure that the water does not touch the bowl or get into the bowl;

otherwise, the chocolate will seize up.

Break pieces of chocolate into the bowl and allow it to melt.

Holding the fruit at one end, dip half the fruit into the chocolate.

Allow to drain briefly before placing on greaseproof paper on a tray.

Leave to cool slightly before chilling until required.

Eat within 2 days to enjoy at their best.
