SOMETHING FISHY

INGREDIENTS to serve 4 people :-

tub

oz

Quark

200

g

tin

7

oz

salmon or tuna or mackerel

1

lemon - juice and rind

1

tablespoon

chopped parsley

salt and pepper to taste

METHOD :-

Empty the tub of Quark into a food processor.

Drain the tin of fish, and add the fish to the Quark.

Then add the rind and juice of a lemon.

Billy whiz until thoroughly combined.

Add chopped parsley and seasoning to taste.

Serve with crusty French bread.
