BAKED PEACHES

INGREDIENTS to serve 4 people :-

peaches

100

g

oz

demerara sugar

225

ml

8

fl oz

orange juice

3

tablespoons

Grand Marnier or Cointreau

 

METHOD :-

Cut the peaches in half and remove the stones.

Lay them cut side up in a shallow ovenproof dish.

Sprinkle them with the sugar, orange juice, and liqueur.

Bake at Gas Mark 6 / 400°F / 200°C (180°C for fan oven) for 20 - 25 minutes until tender.

Serve with Greek yoghurt or flavoured cream.
