METHOD :-
In a medium bowl, mix the marinade ingredients together.
Stir in the Quorn pieces, cover, and leave to marinate for 20 - 30 minutes.
Remove the Quorn from the marinade and grill for about 5 minutes under a preheated grill.
Turn after 2 or 3 minutes and brush with any remaining marinade.
Split the pitta breads with a knife to form pockets.
Warm the pitta breads under the grill or in the oven.
Fill each bread generously with onion, lettuce, tomatoes, and hot Quorn pieces.
Mix the plain yoghurt and mint sauce together and spoon small amounts over the filling.
