INGREDIENTS for Basic Pancake Batter :-

METHOD for Basic Pancake Batter :-

Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl and add the salt.

Break the eggs into the flour and add the milk.

Beat mixture into a smooth thick batter, free of lumps, gradually adding all the water.

Pour the batter into a measuring jug and leave in the refrigerator over night to relax.
