SALMON PIZZA

This is a pizza where the base is salmon and the topping is whatever flavour you like.

You will need about 75 g ( 3 oz ) of salmon per person.

Place the piece of salmon in the freezer for ½ hour to just firm up.

Take a sharp knife and cut across the salmon, like slicing bread, into 1/8" to ¼" thin slices.

Chill until required.

Place the slices to form a circle on a greased baking sheet, making sure there are no gaps.

Top with sliced tomatoes & mushrooms and grated cheese, or choose your own topping.

Bake at Gas mark 5 / 375oF. / 190oC. for 10 - 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
