METHOD :-
Mix the egg, mustard, and milk together thoroughly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, leek, and seasonings.
Add the egg mixture and blend the filling together well. The filling should bind together.
Divide the filling into 8 even pieces and mould into sausage shapes.
Dip each sausage into the beaten egg and then coat in breadcrumbs.
Chill the coated sausages for at least half an hour before cooking.
Fry in hot oil until light golden in colour.
Then turn down the heat and fry for a further 3 - 4 minutes.
Alternatively, the sausages can be brushed with oil and grilled.
Grill until the sausages are golden brown all over.
