METHOD :-
Put the fat, syrup, and cocoa powder in a large saucepan.
On a gentle heat, stir the mixture until the fat has melted and the cocoa powder dissolved.
Take off the heat and add the Cornflakes or shreds of Shredded Wheat.
Coat the cereals in the chocolate mixture until completely covered.
Place tablespoons full of the cereal mixture onto silicone or greaseproof paper to form eight nests. Add the speckled eggs whilst the mixture is still soft. Chill until firm to touch.
