METHOD :-
Stand a bowl over a pan of simmering water. The bowl should not touch the water.
Break the chocolate into pieces into the bowl and allow it to melt.
Add the marsh mallows and stir until dissolved.
Allow to cool.
Whisk the cream until stiff and fold into the cold chocolate mallow mixture.
Pour into individual glasses and chill before serving.
Alternatively, chill the mixture before using as a filling for a sponge or meringue sandwich.
