FRUIT BRULÉE

INGREDIENTS to serve 4 people :-

eating apples

dried fruit such as sultanas, raisins, currants,
cranberries, blueberries, sour cherries, and
ready to eat prunes

low fat Greek yoghurt

tablespoons

icing sugar

METHOD :-

Core & peel the apples and cut them into even dice.

Mix the diced apples with the dried fruit selection.

Evenly divide the mixture between four individual ramekin dishes.

Preheat the grill until hot.

Evenly spread the yoghurt over the fruit and sprinkle the sugar on top.

Level the top of the sugar and immediately place under the hot grill.

Turn the ramekins so that the sugar caramelises evenly.

Allow to cool slightly before eating !
