CHICKEN GOLF BALLS

INGREDIENTS for 8 balls :-

500 g

1 lb

minced chicken or turkey

100 g

¼ lb

onion - finely chopped

2 cloves

garlic - crushed

1 teaspoon

ground cumin

1 teaspoon

ground coriander

or

1 tablespoon

fresh parsley - chopped

1 teaspoon

dried parsley

1 teaspoon

tomato puree or curry paste

flour as required

METHOD :-

Add all the ingredients except the flour to a large mixing bowl and thoroughly combine.

Divide the mixture into 8 even sized portions.

Using floured hands mould each portion into a golf ball shape.

Place on a baking tray and bake at Gas mark 5 / 375oF. / 190oC. for 25 - 25 minutes.

These can be served hot or cold in a tomato sauce or alone as a snack food.
