Trio of Soups
Three soups in one bowl: - spinach & nutmeg soup; carrot & orange soup; chickpea & lemon soup.
If any of these soups are not to your taste, then you may choose the other two, or just one soup.
An individual mousse served with marinated cherry tomatoes, black olives, and red onions.
A pastry case filled with diced apple, celery, sultanas, Cheddar cheese, and walnuts, bound in Greek yoghurt.
Diced bacon, pork sausages, quail's eggs, onion & peas set in cider jelly and served with mustard mayonnaise.
Choice of Fruit Juices
Flavours: - orange, or grapefruit, or pineapple.
All served with a selection of seasonal vegetables.

Duck & Wild Cherry Pie
An individual raised pie served with duck sauce.
Escalopes of turkey coated in sweetcorn and bacon stuffing, rolled into a pinwheel, then shallow fried.
Served with a bacon and sweetcorn sauce.
Lemon Sole & Mushrooms
Lemon sole fillets poached with mushrooms, spring onions, and white wine.
Diced lamb, braised with mint, and thickened with yoghurt, then topped with sliced potatoes, and baked.
Cheese soufflé served on an asparagus, lime & rice cake, with stir-fried asparagus, spring onions & flageolet beans, topped with Parmesan shavings.
An individual mousse served with mango, pineapple, and lychees.
Pastry and dates sandwich served with custard and apple sauce.
Pear poached in ginger served with ginger cream and a brandy snap.
Slice of chocolate cake served with fresh strawberries in strawberry sauce and Greek yoghurt.
