| Text From Source: I, MATTHEW JOHN THOMAS TATE of 38 Hall Road East Ham in the County of Essex hereby revoke all former testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will. 1. I appoint my sons FREDERICK TATE of (239 Aragon Road Malden Surrey struck out) 7 Hillary Mount Billericay in the County of Essex BERNARD TATE of 132 Park Road Ilford in the County of Essex and DONALD TATE of 17 Reedsfield Road Ashford in the County of Middlesex (hereinafter called "my executors") to be the executors of this my Will. 2. I give all my property of every kind whatsoever and wheresoever situate unto my executors for the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses legacies and the duties thereon (if any) and subject thereto to be divided equally between my aforesaid sons in equal shares.
