You mentioned your Uncle Bill. For some years I had a card and a nice letter from him until this last Christmas when nothing came, so I am wondering if something has happened to him. |

I think that both Jack & Lily Shepherd have passed on. I have not heard anything of them for years. There was a brother Art Nicklen. They were the son and daughter of my Dad's sister who was your Grandmother's sister at Bournemouth. |

If you can ever get down this way, we should be pleased to welcome you. We are about 3½ miles from Romsey, and 11 from Southampton. |

My two sons live quite close to me. I am not enjoying this weather very much. It has been a very wet day today. |
